The Council shall meet at the Council Chambers in <br />the Village Hall, 270l North Lexington, on July 6, 1964, at <br />7:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of holding a public hearing <br />on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, Ramsey County Suburban Life; which publications <br />shall be a week apart, and the second pUblication shall be not <br />less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
