<br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON <br />WATER IHPROVEMENT NO. 64-6 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Notice is Hereby Given that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, on the 6th day of July, 1964, at 7: 30 o' clock P. ~1., to hold a pub lic <br />hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, on a <br />proposed Water Improvement No. 64-6 consisting of the construction of feeder <br />mains and lateral mains, together with appurtenant valves and hydrants and <br />other specials; service connections with shut offs from the mains to the <br />property line of the individual building sites; and the repair of county roads <br />for the supply and distribution of water within the area described below, to be <br />obtained from a connection with the water system of the City of St. Paul under <br />a cooperative agreement entered into by the Village Council and the City Council; <br />all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $37,700.00. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes the properties <br />situated within the following described boundary. <br /> <br />A strip of land 500 feet in width, lying within the southeast quarter (1/4) <br />of the northwest quarter (1/4) of Section 9, T 29 N R 23 W, the centerline <br />of said strip of land being described as beginning at a point on the east line <br />of said quarter quarter (1/4) (1/4) 289.20 feet north of the southeast corner <br />thereof; thence westerly 890 34' north a distance of 77.51 feet; thence deflect <br />to the right along a 50 0' curve, radius 1145.92 feet delta angle 280 0', a <br />distance of 560.00 feet; thence a distance 41.52 feet on a tangent to the <br />curve; thence deflect to the left along a 50 00' curve, radius 1145.92 feet, <br />delta angle 280 00', a distance of 560 feet; thence on a tangent to the curve <br />of approximately 120 feet to the west line of said southeast quarter of said <br />north-west quarter of Section 9 and there terminating, subject to Fairview <br />Avenue right-of-way, <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />That part of the southwest quarter (1/4) of the northwest quarter (1/4) and <br />of the northwest quarter (1/4) of the southwest quarter (1/4) of said Section 9 as <br />follows: Subject to Highways 36 and 280 and Standard Oil Company easement over <br />the south 70 feet of the north 97 feet and subject to Cleveland Avenue except <br />south 100 feet of north 403.5 feet of the west 405.42 feet, the southwest one <br />quarter (1/4) of northwest one quarter (1/4) and north 10 acres of the northwest <br />one quarter (1/4) of southwest one quarter (1/4) of said Section 9. <br />
