<br />~J" a / u. j" () 'IV' <br /> <br />yfif <br /> <br />Extre.:t of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />July 6, 1964 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the Council Chambers in the Village Ball in said <br /> <br />Village on Monday, July 6, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ <br /> <br />Ceciarholm, curley. <br /> <br />Goodrich. Grauel && Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of Notice of Hearing on proposed Street Improvement No. 64-3 in <br /> <br />accordance with the resolution adopted June 8, 1964, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also <br /> <br />eXhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. <br /> <br />The ~myor then directed the Clerk to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, <br /> <br />all persons present ",'ere affiJ:i:"ded opportuni.ty to be heard, and <br /> <br />the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by <br /> <br />the Council, and the sub~;.tance cf the views pre.sented.l:>y them <br /> <br />were as f("llows~ <br /> <br />He one appeared. <br />
