<br />After a discuGs.ic/n of the views presented by persons appearing <br /> <br />at the public hearing for Street Improvement NO. 64-3, <br /> <br />CtU'ley <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />~j 0 1",,7'/ lj'IV <br /> <br />9f1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-3 <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a publiC <br />hearing pursuant to published notice, on proposed street Im- <br />provement No. 64-3 consisting of the acquisition of right-of-way <br />at a cost estimated presently to be approximately $20,000, <br />all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk; <br />and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed <br />and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, <br />pursuant to said Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and <br />that the area proposed to be assessed for said improvement will <br />consist of the property as described in the notice of hearing, <br />or portion thereof: and that the acting village engineers are <br />hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans <br />and specifications for the construction of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />, and upon roll call <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
