After a discuGs.ic/n of the views presented by persons appearing at the public hearing for Street Improvement NO. 64-3, CtU'ley then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: ~j 0 1",,7'/ lj'IV 9f1 RESOLUTION ORDERING STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-3 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a publiC hearing pursuant to published notice, on proposed street Im- provement No. 64-3 consisting of the acquisition of right-of-way at a cost estimated presently to be approximately $20,000, all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and that the area proposed to be assessed for said improvement will consist of the property as described in the notice of hearing, or portion thereof: and that the acting village engineers are hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Goodrich , and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
