CAROL MacLEAN, 1754 Lydia: It was mentioned you were
going from ditch drainage to storm drainage. Whose
responsibility is this, the city's and the county's, and
is this going into holding ponds or is the projected run
off going to (inaudible)?

MR. LEONARD: The existing drainage out there now -
essentially there's a ditch here at the railroad tracks to
collect some water and it gets in there. We would be
removing the existing ditches through this area, putting it
into a storm sewer system and dumping into that same pipe.
Some of that beyond here gets into a drainage system by 35W.
That still goes to the same place. It has been determined
there is no additional drainage being added to this system
from outside the roadway by Roseville. Therefore, there is
no storm sewer assessment to them. Also, we're not taking
in any outside or large drainage area. So essentially we
would put into pipes and discharge (inaudible) we're not
making provision for outside of those limits and they do go
into certain ponding areas but we don't get beyond our
right-of-way in our drainage work.

MR. ROBERT WARNER, representative of Williams Pipe Line,
2451 county Road C: From our driveway to the railroad
track, what is the approximate additional right-of-way that
you have indicated that you will be needing there?

MR. LEONARD: Approximately 22 feet. That's where we
have that extra truck stopping lane and right through here
we're asking for 22 additional feet of right-of-way.
There's 33 feet and we're taking it to 55, or a 22 foot
addition we're asking for. We have a retaining wall by
your tank involved here, but through that area it's 22 feet.
By the time we get here where the lane tapers out we're
down to 12 feet.

MR. WARNER: That's additional from the 33 feet?

MR. LEONARD: Yes.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else? If not, I will close the
hearing.

COUNCILMAN ANDERSON: can those people tell us if
they're in favor of this improvement or not?

MAYOR DEMOS: He wants to know if those people who a.re
present are in favor of the improvement or not.

COUNCILMAN ANDERSON: The man from Briggs, are you in
favor of the improvement?

BRIGGS TRANSPORTATION REPRESENTATIVE: I'm not com-
mitted. I think so, but I wouldn't give you a firm answer.

MAYOR DEMOS: What is the Council's pleasure at this

time?

6
