<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 12 1976 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *'* * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City of the <br />12th day of April ,1976, at 7:30 P.N. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />r"1ember Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6351 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways for the State of Minnesota <br />has caused to be prepared: plans, special provisions and specifications <br />for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 125, renumbered as Trunk Highway <br />No. 51, within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, from County <br />Road "C" to County Road "C-211 in Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the Office of the Department <br />of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota; being marked, labeled and identified as <br />S.P. 6216-72 (51=125), and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said special provisions are on file in the Office of the <br />Department of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota; being marked, labeled and identi- <br />fied as S.P. 6216-72 (51=125), and which, together with, the Minnesota <br />Department of Hi gh'f/ays Standard Specifi cati ons for Hi ghway Construction <br />dated January 1, 1972, as amended by :linnesota Department of High\o{ays <br />Supplemental Specifications for High't/ay Construction, dated January 1, <br />1974, will govern, and which are on file in the office of the Commissioner <br />of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk <br />Highway No. 125, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 51; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, <br />labeled and identified are also on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term, said plans and special provisions, as hereinafter <br />used in the body of this Resolution will be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br />to and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing <br />recitals particularly identified and described; and <br />
