<br />- 2 - <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of High\'/ays desires in the interest of <br />public safety that any and all parking of vehicles, if such parking is <br />permitted within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, on said <br />Trunk Highway No. 125, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 51, \'Jill be parallel <br />with the curb adjacent to the highway and will be at least 20 feet from <br />any crosswalk. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special <br />provisions for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 125, renumbered as <br />Trunk Highway No. 51, within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, <br />be and hereby are approved. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville does hereby <br />agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted <br />within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway No. 125, <br />renumbered Trunk Highway No. 51, will be parallel with the curb adjacent <br />to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public <br />streets intersecting said trunk highway. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown <br />in said plans and special provisions are hereby approved and consent is <br />hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction <br />of Trunk High~"ay No. 125, renumbered Trunk Highway No. 51, in accordance <br />with said plans and special provisions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Counci 1 man Hess , and upon a vote bei ng taken <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) S5 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of <br />the Ci ty of Rosevi 11 e, r~i nnesota, do hereby certi fy that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes <br />of a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, held on the 12 th day of April, 1976, \'lith the original <br />on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete <br />transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the improvement of <br />Trunk Highway No. 125, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 51, identified <br />as S.P. 6216-72 (51=125). <br />
