Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: April 19, 1976 pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 19th day of April, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Hess, curley, Grauel and Anderson: and the following were absent: None. councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6360 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT SS-W-p-75-20 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted November 17, 1975, the Council has directed the city Public works Director to prepare a pre- liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement generally in the area bounded on the west by Hamline Avenue, on the east by a line 100 feet east of Fernwood street, on the north by oakcrest Avenue, and on the south by Brooks Avenue extended west to Hamline Avenue by the construction of sanitary sewer mains, watermains, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement SS;W-P-75-20. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic center Drive, in said city, on May 10, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, am the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
