NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-75-20 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the lOth day of May, 1976 at 7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement Po. SS-W-P-75-20 generally in the area bounded on the west by Hamline Avenue, on the east by a line 100 feet east of Fernwood Street, on the north by Oakcrest Avenue, and on the south by Brooks Avenue extended west to Hamline Avenue by the construction of sanitary sewer mains, watermains, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $131,422.29. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- ment shall be the following~ The l\forth Quarter {Nl/4} of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the NortheC'st Quarter (NE 1/4) end t,he north 20 feet of the South One-half (S 1/2) of the North One-half (N 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 10, Township 29, Range 23: Also known as Michels Lake Park: also, Lot 1, Block 4 and Lot 13, Block 5 of T. M. Connor Plat: and Lot 14, Block 1, Porte Park Addition All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement end the area proposed to re assessed therefor mcoy appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place stated ar-ove.
