MR. THOMPSON: If that is approved, will these drains that
you've got along here - and I don't see any here and that kind
of bothers me - I don't see any drains from these people's prop-
erty into the tile or into the pipe. I see no benefit along here
to those particular people. There's no outlets into the pipe.
Is there some provision?

MR. HONCHELL: ~Vhen we do the detail - we're not at detailed
drawings on the road so we can't say whether the road will be
higher or lowered. Almost all of the property, at least on
the west side, is lower than the roadway. In some cases it will
be lowered. It may actually in some instances where r.here are
people (inaudible). In those other instances where we have
water pocketed along the highway there will be leads extended
out from the tile to pick that up and I guess we did not attempt
to show every detailed catch basin. VIe would be very interested
in hearing from anyone, assuming the project were approved, that
has a pocket in their yard so the plans can be made to include
these problems.

MR. THOMPSON:
this area here are
I don't understand
from the new one.

One other question. Since we who live in
already served by a tile or a pipe or a drain,
how we in any way, shape or form will benefit

MR. HONCHELL: It's our op~n~on that you may have a tile
that's there that's doing some drainage. Additional work needs
to be done and as it's any water that comes to these new facil-
ities - anyone that contributes the water (inaudible).

MR. THOMPSON: Even though we don't benefit.

MR. HONCHELL: I guess we would say you do benefit because
your water goes through a (inaudible) that's needed.

MR. THOMPSON: That's saying that if I have a road in front
of my place and it's good and serves all of us and you build a
new road which doesn't benefit me but because you put a new road
there I benefit - I have to pay for it and I don't need it.
This is the way we feel.

MR. FRANK GRUBBS, 3056 Raymond: If you do put a new sewer
and pipe or storm sewer, is that going to be alongside the

13
