MR. DORSO: No, I didn't.

MR. HONCHELL: We will recheck our records. We received
our notifications from Ramsey county's official ownership re-
cords and those are the people we sent notification to. It's
possible that they erred or something happened to the letter.
We will re-verify that.

MR. OORSO: Is your assessment strictly for front footage
on Cleveland or on C-2 also.

MR. HONCHELL: The storm sewer assessments are based on
types of land use and whether they are platted, whether typical
size lots or acreage. You have industrial land - I assume you
have a large parcel and I think that would be assessed at $l,600
per acre.

MR. DORSO: Do I get double jeopardy because I'm in both
projects?

MR. HONCHELL: No, because we wouldn't assess for two pro-
jects.

MR. OORSO: I have no problem - I'm on t.he south and east
and west of Cleveland - where's the water problem.

MR. HONCHELL: There was water laying in ~he ditch beside
the road when I was out there. There is an old county ditch
that I ran through there and has some existing culverts that
{inaudible} to Wilson pond. Unfortunately, Wilson pond during
a large rain will overflow and be across Cleveland and C-2.
I'm not saying your typical rains, but the large rainfalls.

MR. OORSO: I've been there for l6 years and I haven1t seen
Wilson ponding across the road yet.. Could we open up the dam
at the end of the pond and let some of it out?

MR. HONCHELL: Our primary problem is not so much anyone
pipe or anyone culvert or anyone spot that floods. Our pri-
mary problem is when we get to the freeway there's only enough
pipe for 35 CBF. We do not wish to put more water under the
freeway because the lakes to the north are flooding. This would
have to go through Rice street Watershed which has already been

6
