<br />I~c-( 6,:,_3 (; f <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />May 10, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, May 10, 1976, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Coun- <br />cilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hessr and the following were <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were JameS F. Andre, City Manager: Robert Bell, <br />City Attorney: Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director: and <br />Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, City Bond Consultants. <br /> <br />..... <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Next are our public hearings. <br /> <br />. . . . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Improvement P-W-SS-76-9 - Cleveland Avenue <br />from County Road C to County Road D (Paving, curb and gutter, <br />sanitary sewer and water services). <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: We have the Certificate of Mailing the Notice <br />of Hearing and the affidavit of publication of the Notice of <br />Haaring on Improvement P-W-SS-76-9. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Mr. Honchell, would you present a summary. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: This project is for the widening of Cleve- <br />land to four lanes from County Road D to the off ramp at 3SW. <br />The design is for a nine ton roadway with c~ncrete curb and <br />gutters. No center medians are proposed and no right of way <br />needs are required. <br /> <br />As part of this project various elevation corrections will <br />be done to match the adjacent property. Also, some work would <br />be proposed on C-2 to the east directly adjacent to Cleveland, <br />
