They go on the paved part and you stay behind them or go in the southbound lane if you're going north to get around them and they're riding their bikes. MR. NELSON: As far as you know, all we can do is put in a request for such jurisdiction. MAYOR DEMOS: We can put in a request for legislation and a recommendation to the county that a bicycle lane be made on the outer lane in certain areas. We can have it on the whole thing or just in certain areas. MR. NELSON: I'm talking about trucks staying on C-2. MAYOR DEMOS: That we can only do by legislation. MR. COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: The Council can make a recommendation to its legislators to authorize a Bill providing this but whether or not - as Mr. Bell said, that was defeated the last time. MR. ROBERT THOMPSON, 3037 North Cleveland: On this same idea, I would like to see you postpone this for one more year until the legislature meets next January and put a request in to the legislature that they allow Roseville to regulate this thing - specific Bill just for Roseville - not for the whole state.
