<br />Notice of Hearing. The County of Ramsey is hereby requested to <br />prepare and submit to the Council a final cooperative agreement <br />between the county and the City of Roseville for the construction <br />of said improvement, and the City Public Works Director is here- <br />by directed to prepare the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council go on record and <br />the city staff prepare the necessary resolutions and notify the <br />public officials in the legislature to enact legislation where- <br />by Roseville would have something to say in designating the truck <br />routes in the community. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the preparation of plans and <br />specifications, any such plans include bicycle trails on both <br />sides of Cleveland Avenue from County Road C-2 to County Road D. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Hess, and upon roll call vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor ~hereof: all~ and <br />the following voted against the same: none 1 whereupoQ said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />21 <br />
