<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that Ramsey County plans for Cleveland Improvement <br />No. P-W-SS-76-9 showing proposed alignment, grade, and right- <br />of-way for Cleveland Avenue (CSAH 46) from a point 500 feet <br />north of county Road C (CSAH 23) to County Road D (CSAH 19) for <br />a 52 foot wide roadway with curb and gutter and bike paths on <br />the pavement from county Road C-2 to County Road D (CSAH 19) as <br />a state aid project are hereby conceptually approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Hess, and upon roll call vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all: <br />and the following voted against the same: none; whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel then introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6369A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-W-SS-76-9 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of R&seville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a pub- <br />lic hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement <br />No. P-W-SS-76-9 conSisting of the installation of concrete curb <br />and gutter, bituminous paving, water and sanitary sewer services <br />and necessary appurtenances in conjunction with the County of <br />Ramsey generally in the area of Cleveland Avenue from County <br />Road D to County Road C, as described in the Notice of Hearing <br />at a cost presently estimated at $449,330 of which approximately <br />$29,622 will be paid by the City of Roseville, and substantially <br />in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; <br />and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed <br />and financed, and special assessments shall be levied there~or, <br />pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be <br />assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the <br /> <br />20 <br />
