be increased coming into my property.

MR. LEO~RD: I'm sure we can (inaudible) that and at the
time of construction normally each and every driveway (inaudible)
the property owner, if you will sign a construction permit which
allows the construction man t~ get on your property we have cer-
tain standards that are higher than your property driveways for
the improvements to be installed at so I think those will be
corrected. If you look at Fairview Avenue or some other recent
improvements you will see the driveway facilities the people
ended up with were better than what they had in the beginning.

MR. DORSO: If this project goes through, how long would
our property be tied up, and are we going to have access to our
propert.y?

MR. LEONARD: You will have access to your property so far
as construction is concerned - maybe an hour or so - but we will
maintain local traffic through the area at all times and there
will always be access and if necessary they will construct half
a driveway at a time. We may ask some of the larger businesses
to route their business down to 3SW to (inaudible) we have asked
cooperation on other projects but i~ will be disrupted more or
less for six months.

FROM THE AUDIENCE: You anticipate doing all this in one
summer?

MR. LEO~: I would like to say, yes. I guess with the
season of the summer coming on and the need to have the storm
sewer installed before the road is improved (inaUdible) drag
over into another year. Another thing I hadn't mentioned is
that we see- a8 epportunity here to cooperate with Roseville in
reaboring the road after they tear up our road for storm sewers
and we want to cooperate with them especially in their area
north of C-2. We don't anticipate traffic volumes today that's
going to need this four lane road. This should provide for
safer on street parking for people in that area because the
traffic is not that great. If in the future they no longer feel
they want parking, they can request the Council to ask the county
to remove it. We have to design the thing for 25 years and hope
it lasts for 40.

5
