CARMEN DORSO, American Trailer Service, 2814 North <br />Cleveland: How many feet did you say you're going to widen <br />Cleveland? <br /> <br />MR. LEONARD: I could tell you I'm going to narrow Cleve- <br />land. I'm going to take advantage of the storm sewer, eliminate <br />the ditches, and narrow Cleveland. I propose to widen the paved <br />surface from what is now 24 feet to 52 feet, or 48 feet plus <br />curbs. <br /> <br />MR. DORSO: So you'll put 12 feet on each side of the pave- <br />ment plus the curb. <br /> <br />MR. LEONARD: <br />ground is, we have <br />shoulder. LEONARD: The changing of the road grade where possible <br />would be the intent to raise it where the (inaudible) or lower <br />(inaUdible) so the road will be adjusted up and down hopefully <br />to fit all the properties and I think a very fine job of that <br />can be done. <br /> <br />MR.
