petitioned that sanitary sewer, watermain, paving and
storm sewer be constructed. This proposal is for all
of those things except the storm sewer which has already
been provided for and it would propose to construct
sanitary sewers northerly to liD" to serve this parcel
where it would go into an existing sewer, and also to
construct a piece of sanitary sewer over to the pro-
posed dead end of Brenner - done by another developer -
where it would tie into that piece of sanitary sewer
being constructed and a waterrnain, making a looping
down EvelYn and over to the end of the other development
to provide a looping not only for the area shown here
but also the other development and (inaudible) 7 ton,
32 foot pavement with concrete curb and gutter on each
side along the proposed (inaudible) and back to Brenner
to tie into the other development. This would be crossing,
as you see, one parcel that wasn't petitioned for. That
owner - we have been in contact with the owner. I
wouldn't say they are in favor or not, but they are at
least aware. There's a small stub but it's expected
there would be another street headed up to (inaudible)
in the future in the same manner as EvelYn for future
residential property. This improvement would be 10~~
assessed.

MAYOR DEMOS: Mr. Popovich, will you present your
summary.

MR. POPOVICH: The total cost of this improvement
is $100,837.20 as published in the legal notice. That
breaks down into front foot costs for sanitary sewer of
$6.71 a foot, sanitary sewer service from the line to
the curb is $261.69 per service. Waterrnain is $8.42
a foot and water service to the lot line would be
$304.85. The street, curb and gutter and right of way
is $16.55 per foot. You have to add up all these
components and multiply by the footage and that would
be assessed each of the lots in the new street. As the
engineer said it was proposed to be lO~~ assessed.
None on general taxes. The assessments would be spread
over a 20 year period to be collected with real estate
taxes in the year following the assessment hearing with
8% on the unpaid balance.

2
