<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD May 17, 1976 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu- <br />lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 17th day of May, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock <br />P. M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: June Demos, Mayor <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6373 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a Stipulation with the Prince of <br />Peace Lutheran Church,a Minnesota corporation, to amend <br />the Petition now found in Ramsey County Court File No. <br />410070. The legal description as amended will read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of the following described <br />real tract of property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of <br />the North 848.07 feet of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4); thence West along the <br />South line of said North 848.07 feet for <br />a distance of 1,000 feet; thence North <br />255 feet; thence deflect to the right at <br />an angle of 650 in a Northeasterly direct- <br />ion approximately 685 feet to the point of <br />intersection of the centerline of Victoria <br />Street; thence Southerly thereon to be- <br />ginning (subject to roads and easements) <br />in Section Eleven (11), Township Twenty- <br />Nine (29), Range Twenty-Three (23), Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />which lies westerly of the following described line: <br />
