<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of <br />the North 848.07 feet of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4) in Section 11, Township <br />29, Range 23, Ramsey County; thence west <br />along the south line of said North 848.07 <br />feet a distance of 561 feet; thence deflect <br />to the right 37 degrees; thence Northwesterly <br />on said deflection 446 feet; thence deflect <br />to the right 62 degrees; thence Northeasterly <br />on said 62 degree deflection 626 feet, more <br />or less, to the centerline of Victoria Street <br />and there terminating. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resol- <br />ution was duly seconded by member Grauel, and upon a vote <br />being held thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
