<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: June 14, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th day <br /> <br />of June, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson <br /> <br />Mayor Dems, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6381 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1976, ST-76-7A and ST-76-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids <br /> <br />were received on June 4, 1976, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., opened and <br />tabulated according to law and the following bids were received <br /> <br />complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br />J & T Contracting, Inc. <br />DeLuxe Construction <br />Maplewood Sewer & Water <br />RQ-SO Contracting <br />Central Landscaping, Inc. <br />Gerald Stepniak, Inc. <br />Axel Newman Heating & Plumbing <br />Hennen Construction <br />W.
