<br />WHEREAS, it app'3ars that _3 & T Contracting <br />of South St. Paul. Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $ 7,538.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />city of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. That Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with J & T Contracting <br />for $ 7,538.00 in the name of the City of Roseville <br />for the above improvement according to the plans and specifi- <br />cations thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on <br />file in the office of the city Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Anderson <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
