<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />the City Cour.ci1 of the City of Rosevil1e <br />Ramsey COUli.':.y, Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br />of June, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen curley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson: and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6388a <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISE!'1ENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-1"-75-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a re~olution p~8sad by the City Council <br /> <br />on ~~.e / 9 <br /> <br />, 1976, the city Public works Director has <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for Improvement No. SS-W-P-75-20 <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the C01IDCil <br /> <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construc- <br />tion Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of <br />such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for <br />Improvement No. SS-w-p-75-20 ohall be published as required by <br />
