<br />law, shall specify the work to bo done, shall call for bids <br />upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that <br />the bids will be received by the City Manager until 9:00 <br />o'clock a.m. on July 19, 1976, nt which time they will be <br />publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and city <br />public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will be <br />considered by the Council at 7:30 o'cloc]{ p.m. on July 26, 1976, <br />in the Council Chambers and that no bids will be considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a <br />cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager <br />for ten percent (l~~) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All: and the fol- <br /> <br />lowing vo'ted against: None: whereupon said resolution was <br /> <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
