<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the city council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the city Hall in said city on Monday, the 26th <br />day of July, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson and Curley: and the following <br /> <br />were absent: Councilman Hess. <br /> <br />councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6406 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1976, ST-76-7A AND <br />ST-76-8, PROJECT B: IMPROVEMENT P-W-SS-75-l4; <br />AND H1PROVEMRNT SS-W-P-75-20 <br /> <br />~~EREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the <br /> <br />above improvements, according to the plans and specifications <br /> <br />thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, <br /> <br />8aid bids were received on July 19, 1976, at 9:00 o'clock <br /> <br />a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />$269,824.15 <br />275,194.20 <br />289,581.04 <br />298,788.79 <br />315,579.45 <br />316,760.10 <br /> <br />F.
