<br />WHEREAS, it appears that F. Morettini Construction Co. of <br />St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest respon- <br />sible bidder at the tabulated price of $269,824.l5. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with F. Morettini Construc- <br />tion Co. for $269,824.15 in the name of the city of Roseville <br />for the above improvement according to the plans and speci- <br />fications thereof heretofore approved by the city Council and <br />on file in the office of the city Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br />been signed. <br />The motion ~'Jas seconded by Councilman curley and upon <br />vot~ being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />AU.j and the fOllo."ing voted against: None; whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
