P-SS-:'J-76-l5 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OtfilERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />~mEREAS, the City Council received a petition from <br /> <br />the owner of the property in the area bounded by Arthur <br /> <br />Street on the west, 250 feet west of Fairview on the <br /> <br />east, 950 feet south of County Road D on the south, and <br /> <br />650 feet south of County Road D on the northv also known <br /> <br />as Hedlund Southview Addition in the City of Roseville <br /> <br />requesting that the Council install sanitary sewer, water- <br /> <br />main, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, <br /> <br />drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances at said <br /> <br />location and requesting that the entire cost of said <br /> <br />improvement be assessed against their property, and <br />
