<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />July 12, 1976, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this <br /> <br />report was received by the Council on August 9, 1976; <br />NO~1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, ~1innesota, as follo~.,s: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner <br />of all property affected by said requested im- <br />provement in accordance with r1.S.A. Sec. 429.031 (3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby or- <br />dered as proposed in the report of the City <br />Public Dorks Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Worh:s Director is hereby de- <br />signated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for <br />the making of such im~rovement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />, and upon <br /> <br />roll call vote being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in <br /> <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against g None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
