<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City ot Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />september 27, 1976 <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the city Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day of <br />September, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauelr and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />councilman curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6429 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OP~ERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. P-SS-W-76-l6 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 10~~ OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council received a petition from all <br />owners of the real property on Alameda south of Roma in the <br /> <br />city of Roseville requesting that the council install sanitary <br /> <br />sewer, bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, watermain, <br /> <br />storm sewer and necessary appurtenances at said location and <br />requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed <br />against their property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />september 13, 1976, a report has been prepared by the City <br /> <br />public Works Director with reference to the improvement, and <br />
