<br />this report was received by the Council on september 27, 19761 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the <br /> <br />city of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br />with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the city public works Director. <br /> <br />3. The city public works Director is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Grauel, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: Allr <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
