<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON OCTOBER 25, 1976 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu- <br />lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 25th day of October, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following re- <br />solution amd moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6433 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rose- <br />ville has determined that certain errors have occurred in <br />certain public notices described as follows: <br /> <br />RECITAL OF FACTS <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to application for rezoning <br />dated on or about March 10, 1976, and signed by Allied <br />Central Stores, Inc., and others, certain notices were <br />sent out. <br /> <br />2. The notices provided maps of the proposed <br />rezoning and legal descriptions. They were mailed to all <br />property owners as required by law and published in the <br />legal newspaper. <br /> <br />3. The maps that were mailed with the notices <br />to all property owners were accurate. The legal descrip- <br />tions contained a clerical error. Attached as Exhibits <br />A and B are copies of the notices as they were sent out <br />containing the error. Also attached as Exhibits C and D <br />are notices shown as they should have been sent out without <br />containing any errors. Said Exhibits A, B, C and Dare <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. <br /> <br />4. Pursuant to application for rezoning dated <br />on or about July 7, 1976, and signed by Allied Central <br />Stores, Inc., and others, certain notices were sent out. <br /> <br />5.
