<br />EXl'RACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOI'A - HElD <br />DECEMBER 20, 1976 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Foseville, Minnesota, was held <br />in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on the <br />20th day of December, 1976. <br /> <br />The following rranbers were present: Mayor Demos, <br />COllllcilmen Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Merrber Grauel <br />and rroved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUI'ION NO. 6442 <br /> <br />CHANGING THE PRECThCI' BOUNDARY BIDWEEN <br />ROSEVILLE PRECINCl'S 2 AND 4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota State legislature has adopted <br />legislation requiring that the boundaries between precincts <br />be drawn along clearly recognizable physical features; <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, that the boundary between Precincts 2 and 4 be <br />changed. The boundaries of these two precincts shall be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Precinct 2 <br /> <br />Starting at the intersection of Dale Street and County Foad <br />"C", thence north along Dale Street and OW'asso Boulevard <br />South, thence Northeasterly along OW'asso Boulevard South to <br />the intersection of Kent Street and OW'asso Boulevard South <br />and its extension to the Easterly Shoreline of Lake OW'asso, <br />thence North across lake OW'asso to the North Boundary of the <br />City of Roseville, thence East along the boundary of the City <br />to its intersection with Rice Street, thence South along Rice <br />Street to the intersection of County Road "C"; thence west <br />along County Foad "C" to the intersection of Dale Street. <br />For those residents living on Heinel Drive which is divided <br />by the projection of Kent Street, the following residents <br />shall reside in Precinct 2: 596 Heinel Drive and lower <br />numbers. All residents within the confines of the above des- <br />cription are in Precinct 2 and the polling place for the voters <br />of Precinct No. 2 shall be North Heights School. <br />
