<br />-2- <br /> <br />Precinct 4 <br /> <br />Starting at the intersection of Dale Street and County Foad <br />"B- 2", thence north along Dale Street to the intersection of <br />Dale Street and OW'asso Boulevard South, thence Northwesterly <br />along OW'asso Boulevard South to the intersection of Kent Street <br />and OW'asso Boulevard South, thence Northwesterly along Kent <br />Street and its extension to the Easterly shoreline of lake <br /><:Masso, thence North across lake <:Masso to the North Boundary <br />of the City of Roseville, thence West along the boundary of the <br />City to its intersection with Lexington Avenue thence South along <br />Lexington Avenue to its intersection with County Road "B-2", <br />thence East along County Foad "B-2" to its intersection with Dale <br />Street. For those residents living on Heinel Drive which is <br />divided by the projection of Kent Street, the following residents <br />shall reside in Precinct 4: 619 Heinel Drive and higher mnnbers. <br />All residents wi thin the confines of the above description are in <br />Precinct No.4, and the polling place for the voters of Precinct <br />No. 4 shall be Lake OW'asso School. <br /> <br />The rrotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Merrber Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOI'A) <br />) SS <br />COONI'Y OF lWiSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the <br />City of Foseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular <br />rreeting of the City Council of the City of Foseville, Minnesota, held <br />on the 20th day of December, 1976, with the original on file in IT!Y <br />office, and the same is a full, true and canp1ete transcript therefrom <br />insofar as the same relates to changing the precinct boundaries of <br />Precincts 2 and 4 in the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal of <br />the City of Fosevi11e, this 22nd day of December, 1976. <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
