<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 17, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was held in the City <br />Hall in said City on Monday, the 17th day of January, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing <br /> <br />at the public hearing for Storm Improvement ST-77-A on August 10, 1976, <br />Councilman Anderson then introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6454 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORM SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT ST-77-A, AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA <br />STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, <br />that in accordance with the provisions of the Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />the Council held a public hearing purusant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Storm Sewer Improvement ST-77-A for the installation of storm <br />sewers and necessary appurtenances in the area of the city generally lying <br />between Rice Street, County Road B-2, Mackubin Street and the north city limits. <br />
