The foregoing, as described in the Notice of hearing, is presently estimated to cost $345,328.00, and is substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof and pavement replacement which is now on file in the office of the City Manager. Having considered the veiws of all interested persons, and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby order said improvement. Said improvement as ordered shall be constructed and financed by a federal L.P.W. grant, plus the consolidated construction fund. The City Public Works Department in association with Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson and Associates, city consulting engineers, is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the council final plans and specifications for the construction of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; All present and the following voted against; None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
