<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: March 28, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the <br />City Hall in said City on ~10nday, the 28th day of r1arch. 1977, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Anderson <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6470 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR PROJECT ST-77-A <br />tDA-LPW 06'-51-02851 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above improve- <br /> <br />ment, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the <br /> <br />office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on March 24, <br /> <br />1977, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the fol- <br /> <br />lowing bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Austin Keller Construction $253,367.00 <br />Q.R.S.
