<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Austin P. Keller Construction Company of <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of <br />$253,367.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. That the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with Austin P. Keller Construction Company for $253,367.00 <br />in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvement according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on <br />file in the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forth- <br />with to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br />been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of meeting of the Council of said <br />City held on March 28, 1977, with the original thereof on file in my office, and <br />the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same <br />relates to awarding bids for Project ST-77-A, EDA-LPW-06-51-02851. <br />WITNESS MY HAND as such Manager and the corporate seal of said City <br />this 29th day of March, 1977. <br /> <br />Q J' /' <br />. ,it::L..?,L..'~"'c:--..
