The Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized ani directed to execute and file such application with the State of Minnesota Office of Local and Urban Affairs of the State Planning Agency and to provide additional infonnation and to furnish such docurrents as nay be required by said agency, to execute such contracts as are required by said Agency and to act as the authorized correspondent of the Applicant. 3. That the proposed acquisition and developnent is in accord- ance with plans for the allocation of land. for Park use, am that should said grant be made, the applicant will acquire said land for uses designated in said application and approved by the Office of Local am Urban Affairs and the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation. 4. That the United States of Anerica and the State of Minnesota be, and they hereby are, assured of full canpliance by the application with the regulations of the Depa.rtrrent of the Interior, effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
