<br />Extract of 1'1inutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, I1innesota <br /> <br />April 25, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, flinnesota, was held <br />in the City Hall in said City on tionday, the 25th day of April, <br />1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: t1ayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />men Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the fOllowing resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6486 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOI.~ ORDERING IHPROVEf1ENT <br />NO. SS-H-P-77-7 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF O~h~ERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property on Mount Ridge Road from County Road D to <br />Brenner Avenue in the City of Roseville requesting that the <br /> <br />Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire cost <br /> <br />of said improvement be assessed against their property, and <br /> <br />t'iJHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April <br />11, 1977, a report has been prepared by the City Public Works <br />Director with reference to the improvement, and this report was <br /> <br />received by the Council on April 25, 1977; <br />
