<br />HON, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br />with N.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City Public \Jorks Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public tJorks Director is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Hess, and upon roll call vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and <br /> <br />the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was <br /> <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
