HONCHELL~ This ?ree is part of the Minnec:;ota Realty <br />OWClS~o plat 1-hat was pletted in 1947 - C"pproximately 30 years <br />ago. Since t-hat time, very little developroent has happened <br />on t.he internal part of the area, but the extern?l portion~ <br />along West Owasso and Victoria have both been fairly fully <br />developed. There ere appr0ximately 63 ~xternCll L.,ts and 56 <br />internal lots lacated in this subdivision. There is also an <br />11 acre city pC'rk known as Valley Park. To date, this hE'S <br />not been developed at all due to the wet. low nature and <br />rather wild setting that it's in. <br />
