MR. JAMES ROTH, 2992 North victoria: I would like to
reiterate the point regarding the storm sewer assessment.
I don't believe we benefit from the storm sewer. If
that development was not made, there's no need for the storm
sewer in the area. The need is created by the pavement, the
driveways, the changes in soil characteristics - made by
developing lots and as such, is changing the drainage
characteristics behind our respective houses. That is
creating the need for the storm sewer and not by any action
that we have done with our lots. Therefore, I don't believe
the benefit is there. In addition, I'd like to say that another
impact it will have on our lots is that it will decrease our
availability of our water supply because there will be more
users in the area. Pressures correspondingly drop when many
people are using the water ~upply and I feel that's another
point against benefits to the people who live on Victoria
Street.

MARY USENIK, 2955 West Owasso Boulevard: I don't feel
that the road back of me would do me any good of any sort.
I also feel I would be highly assessed for something that would
be of no value to me. I feel that the storm sewer would also be
very costly 2nd I had no information whatsoever of a hearing
before this one and my letter was dated April first and I
received it about April 15 which I thought was very late.

MAYOR DEMOS: We did not have a hearing prior to this.

FROM THE AUDIENCE: I wrote a letter and you said you'd
h2ve this -

MAYOR DEMOS: It was not the hearing, but when we ordered
the feasibility stUdY of Brenner and Owasso Boulevard.

MR. HONCHELL: I guess we interpreted that as being
presented at the last one and since the hearing was called
we didn't receive another one- we assumed you would be here
to express your views. We did receive a letter but it was
before the tiTT\e of the fe2sibility study.

-11-
