<br />Extract of !1inutes of i1eeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ~1innesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />May, 1977, at 7.30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />men Curley, Hess, Anderson and Grauel; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6496 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEHENT FOR BIDS ON' <br />I~~ROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-76-23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on May 9, 1977, the City Public Works Director has prepared plans <br />and specifications for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-76-23 and has <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />11INNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Sueh plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City rlanager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construc- <br />tion Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-76-23 shall be published as required <br />
