<br />by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids <br />on the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that <br />the bids will be received by the City Manager and Public Works <br />Director until 9:00 o'clock a.m. on June 24, 1977, at which time <br />they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City <br />Manager and City Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, <br />and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on <br />~ '7 ' 1977 in the Council Chambers and that no bids <br />W1 be'considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond <br />payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such <br />bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All; and the following <br />voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly <br /> <br />passed and adopted. <br />
