Extract of r-linutes of Heeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Hinnesota Held~ Hay 23, 1977 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of RO$eville met in regular session at the City Hall on lionday, the 23rd day of May, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor D:mos, Councilnen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess and the following were absent~ None Councilman Curley and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6497 - introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARI1'lG ON IHPROVE~mNT ):10. P-77-8 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted May 9, 1977, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on Woodlyn Avenue between Snelling and Hamline Avenues consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-77-8. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on June 13, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Uanager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second pub- lication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
