<br />NO'lIICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVErlliNT NO. P-77-8 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, r-:nmESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 13th day of June, 1977, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to riinnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement Uo. <br />P..77-8 on Woodlyn Avenue between Snelling and Hamline Avenues <br />consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a prelimi- <br />nary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Nanager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $58,746. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be the <br />following: <br /> <br />vJoodlyn Avenue between Snelling <br />and Hamline Avenues. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: I.lay 23, 1977 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
