Extract of I--linutes of Meeting of City council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: June 13, 1977 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the city Hall on Monday, the 13th day of June, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Dem:>s, CouncilnEn curley, Hess and Grauel and the following were absent: Counciilrem Anderson and Councilman ~uel moved it.s adopt on: Resolut.ion No. ~ introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HFARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO.. SS-W-P-77-l2 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the city of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted May 23, 1977, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Cope Avenue from Grotto Street to the existing dead end west of Dale street by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connec- tion with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-l2. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on June 27, 1977, at 7:30 o'clocl\. p.m. for the purpose of holding a public maring on t he proposed improve- ment under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publi- cation shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
