<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVE.tvlENT NO.. SS-W-P-77-l2 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 27th day of June, 1977, at <br />7~30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-l2 including all that property on <br />Cope Avenue from Grotto street to the existing dead end west <br />of Dale street by the installation of bituminous surfacing, <br />concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$52,042.20. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />Cope Avenue from Grotto street to the <br />existing dead end west of Dale Street. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the city Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: June l3, 1977. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
