If not, I will close the public hearing and the council will deliberate on the proposal. COUNCILM&~ CURLEY: I cannot believe that no one is saying anything against the improvement and I cannot wait to approve the motion. Councilman Curley then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6505 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF I!1PROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-12 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO l1INNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of ~1innesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-12 on Cope Avenue from Grotto Street to the existing dead end west of Dale Street by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $52,042.20, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City f1anager, and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the Notice of Hearing. The City Public t10rks Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hess, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: AlIi and the following voted against the same~ None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
