<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the <br /> <br />11 day of Jul y <br /> <br />, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Demos, Council <br /> <br />Members Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6524 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO UiPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-P-75-20 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AlTO <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS-W- <br />P-75-20 of the City of Roseville consisting of the construction <br />of sanitary sewer mains, watermains, concrete curb and gutter, <br />bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances generally in the <br />area bounded on the west by Hamline Avenue, on the east by a <br />line 100 feet east of Fernwood Street, on the north by Oakcrest <br />Avenue, and on the south by Brooks Avenue extended west to Hamline <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br />liHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $ 110,005.29 and the other expenses incurred <br />or to be incurred in €he making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 20,682.66 so that the total cost of the improvement will <br />be $ 130,687.95 , and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
